Tim Jessen

BEng (Chemical)(Hons), BSc

Tim has over 25 years’ experience in the oil and gas industry where he has worked on major onshore and offshore projects, both in Australia and internationally. His expertise covers the full project development and delivery lifecycle, from field development planning/concept selection and front end engineering design, through to construction, commissioning and operations. Tim has been with Lochard Energy since 2016, where he has overseen the significant expansion of the Iona Gas Storage Facility. Prior to joining Lochard Energy, Tim worked for Origin Energy where he held a variety of senior roles encompassing project management, asset management and corporate strategy.

Dave Atkin

Dave has over 25 years’ experience across the energy sector. He has held a number of senior leadership roles at Origin Energy, including General Manager positions for Spring Gully, Denison and Pipeline Assets, as well as GM Operating Model, HSE, Risk Assurance and Compliance. Prior to Origin, Dave spent 16 years with Shell, starting at the Geelong Refinery and building international experience in the Netherlands and on the Pearl Gas-to-Liquids project in Qatar. Dave’s experience spans operations, major projects, asset management, and risk and compliance, with a strong focus on safe, reliable and efficient operations.

Michelle Ridsdale

Michelle has over 25 years’ experience as a senior People and Culture practitioner. She brings deep expertise across People & Culture, DEI and community building. Michelle combines her professional experience with lived experience and advocacy to support inclusive, connected workplaces that support learning, wellbeing and positive community outcomes.

Becky Nguyen

BEng (Electricial), MAppFin

Becky has over 20 years’ of experience as a Commercial professional in the Energy Industry. Prior to joining Lochard Energy, she held a variety of commercial management roles in upstream companies such as Cooper Energy and Santos, as well as Integrated Energy Companies including AGL, Origin and Energy Australia.​

​Becky holds a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering (University of Nevada) and a Master of Finance (UNSW). 

David Smith

BEng (Chem), BBA (Hons), CPPM

David has over 20 years’ experience within some of Australia’s leading energy  companies with a core competency of Project Development and Delivery. Prior to joining Lochard, David held leadership roles across project, commercial and operations with Origin Energy.

Dave Green

General Manager Project Development

Dave has over 25 years’ experience in the energy and petroleum industries. Dave has worked in Commercial and Business Development roles for Qenos, Jemena, Tamboran Resources and Senex Energy prior to joining Lochard Energy, leading numerous energy infrastructure investments on the East Coast. Dave also served as a director on the Energy Club NT Board from 2020 – 2024.
